Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 small box (0.3 oz) strawberry sugar-free Jell-O or other gelatin dessert powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Place sliced strawberries in pie crust.
  2. Mix cornstarch, water and sugar.
  3. Heat the mixture until it’s clear and sugar is melted.
  4. Add gelatin. Pour over berries.
  5. Chill until set.

Yield: 8 servings
