Orange Chicken

Citrusy sweetness beautifully complements tender chicken — creating a delightful dance of flavors.


  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 14.5 oz chicken broth
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Sauté chicken in a large skillet until lightly golden brown, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, chicken broth, lemon juice, orange marmalade and ground black pepper. Mix together.
  4. Heat mixture in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Add chicken and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
  5. Serve over hot cooked rice.
