Classic Beef Stew
Look forward to a satisfying burst of savory flavors from our classic beef stew recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck, trimmed and cubed
- 1 lbs pasta
- 2 ½ cups carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 2 cups no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 onion, quartered
Directions:
- Mix tomatoes, broth and spices.
- Place vegetables and beef in a roasting pan.
- Add in the broth mixture.
- Roast covered at 325 degrees Fahrenheit until meat is very tender. It may take between 2 to 2½ hours.
- Serve over pasta.
